Returns

With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you can order from SilkFlowerWorld with confidence. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of receipt.  If you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions.  

Shipping and Handling

$7.99 Flat Rate Shipping and Handling on all orders shipped within the Continental USA.  Shipping charges are per address.

We normally ship all in stock items within five business days from the time your order is received. Shipments will be made via the best way, generally UPS, unless otherwise specified at time of order.  Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. 

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require additional shipping time: holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. If you require express shipping, please email us for delivery times for particular locations. Shipping and Handling charges will be based on merchandise totals.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations outside the USA, please contact us before ordering so that shipping charges can be calculated correctly.

Canada Shipping

The total shipping charge for Canada is $25.00, regardless of order size.

Taxes

Silk Flower World is located in New York State and therefore does not collect sales taxes in any other State.  Since we deliver nationwide, you will only pay for the product, in most cases, and a flat rate shipping charge for delivery - just another way we bring value to our customers. 

For orders placed within New York State, the law requires us to collect State and local sales taxes.  Based on the order's 'ship to' address in New York, you will be charged an additional 4% State sales tax plus applicable local sales tax.  The combined State and Local Sales Tax imposed for the New York City jurisdiction is currently 8.875%.  The local sales tax for surrounding Counties varies by zip code. Discounts

We offer quantity discounts of 10% for orders of between 5 and 12 cart items, and a 15% discount on merchandise totals for higher quantities.  The discounts are automatically calculated at checkout.

Backorders

Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and shipped as soon as it becomes available, unless otherwise specified by you.   We will notify you within 48 hours after you have placed an order with us that the item is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued.
